Who we are

YnotDC Technologies ("we", "us", "our") is a technology and digital growth company. This policy covers the website at https://ynotdc.vercel.app/ and the enquiry forms on it. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at ynotdct@outlook.com.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. This happens in two places on the site: the "Let's Discuss Your Project" popup and the form on the Contact page.

• Popup form: full name and mobile number (required), and email address (optional).
• Contact page form: full name, work email, the service you're interested in, and your project details.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and performance purposes, as most web hosts do.

Cookies & local storage

This site uses your browser's local session storage for one purpose only: to remember that you've already seen the enquiry popup, so it doesn't reopen repeatedly during the same visit. This information stays in your browser and is cleared automatically when you close your browser session, we don't receive or store it ourselves.

How we use your information

We use the details you submit to:

• Respond to your enquiry and discuss your project;
• Send you information you've specifically asked for;
• Keep a record of enquiries for our own follow-up.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

How your information is shared

When you submit a form, the details are sent directly to our team's inbox via Resend, a transactional email delivery service, and the site itself is hosted on Vercel. Both providers process this data only to deliver it to us and don't use it for their own marketing. We don't share your information with any other third party unless required by law.

Data retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain a record of business enquiries, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, see "Your rights" below.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, email us at ynotdct@outlook.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Third-party links

This site links out to our social media profiles and to websites we've built for clients (see "Some of our happy clients"). We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites, please check their own policies before sharing information with them.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information submitted through this site, including encrypted (HTTPS) delivery. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we don't store form submissions in a public-facing database on this site.

Children's privacy

This website and our services are intended for businesses and individuals above the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example, if we add new tools or forms to the site. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
